1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Life Lead System website (“Site”) and any services offered by Life Lead System (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
2. About Our Services
Life Lead System provides managed lead distribution infrastructure and lead generation operations for established life insurance agencies. We build, manage, and oversee the systems that connect lead generation with agency distribution and fulfillment. Specific service terms, deliverables, and fees are set out in a separate agreement between Life Lead System and each client agency.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are designed for established life insurance agencies producing $500,000 or more in monthly production. By submitting an Agency Assessment or entering into a service agreement, you represent that you meet this eligibility standard and have authority to bind your agency.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with or damage our systems. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other users’ accounts, or our underlying systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Life Lead System or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
6. Confidential Information
Information you share with us through assessments, consultations, or service agreements may be confidential. We will use such information only as permitted by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable client agreement.
7. SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages through our Agency Assessment form, you agree that Life Lead System may send SMS messages to the phone number you provide regarding your assessment and our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular results will be achieved from using our Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Lead System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Life Lead System operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
